Max Cannon, aka "The Mystic Randu," lives and works in Tucson, Ariz. His cartoon "Red Meat" is featured in over 50 alternative newsweeklies across the U.S. and Canada. He is 5-feet, 10-inches tall, dark-complected and was last seen wearing a midnight-blue body stocking and a turban. Cannon is a trained mentalist and should be considered dangerous. Authorities also suggest that the public be on the lookout for the new "Red Meat" book from St. Martin's Press this November. (See page 55.)
