You know, Moses? Exodus? Red Sea? DreamWorks' First Animated Feature? Hello?

Prediction: Things that I'm sure about: This film will be luscious eye candy. The voices of Val Kilmer, Ralph Fiennes, Helen Mirren, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Patrick Stewart will be perfect. Katzenberg, Geffen, and Stevie will prove that they can make any idea work. And, finally, the Mariah Carey/Whitney Houston song will drive me completely batty long before Prince of Egypt leaves the first-run theaters.

Probable Entertainment Value: B

YOU'VE GOT MAIL (PG)
Once upon a time there was a Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan movie called Sleepless in Seattle that made buttloads of money for everybody involved, including director Nora Ephron. Since everybody knows that the American population is too dim to remember what they saw last week, much less a few years ago, these same people, plus a few minor players who never get mentioned in fairy tales, decided to serve up the same pabulum all over again. And they all lived happily ever after.

Prediction: Personally, I thought Sleepless in Seattle was highly over-rated. If you loved it, you'll love this. If you didn't, you won't. Whatever.
