SEPTEMBER 15, 1997:  Elvis Presley preferred Pepsi over Coca-Cola. According to The Wall Street Journal, Aldous Huxley was commissioned to write an adaptation of Don Quixote with Mr. Magoo in the lead role. Because Huxley had poor eyesight, no one told him about Magoo's vision problems. The treatment was unusable. It is exactly 800 steps from the door of St. Mary's Church in College Station, TX to Texas A&M's Clements Hall dormitory. According to one source, upon decapitation the human head can stay conscious, with the ability to hear, smell, see, and taste, for up to 15 seconds. Another source claims a cockroach can survive for two weeks without its head. In 1909, Chicago gay men wore red neckties to identify one another.
