Beavis and Butt-head Do America

Weekly Alibi

REVIEWED: 12-18-96

Nobody likes Beavis and Butthead. At best, people admit that they like Beavis and Butthead. Well, right here and right now, I will admit that I like Beavis and Butthead. Therefore, I found this flick perfectly amusing. The popular low-brow MTV series has been distilled into a pretty coherent plot in which our dim bulb heroes traverse America looking for their stolen TV set and get involved in all kinds of absurd situations. Fans of the duo will get their fill, that's for sure. Of course, if you don't know which one is Beavis and which one is Butthead, you're not likely to go see this no matter what I say--which is just as well.
